- Mixed pallets of stock
- Lost post and untested items
- General liquidation and overstock goods
Due to the nature of this type of inventory, we do not offer any guarantees regarding the functionality, completeness, or cosmetic condition of individual items.
3. Condition of Goods
All goods are sold as seen and without warranty. Items may be:
- New, used, graded, or untested
- Missing parts or accessories

We do our best to describe the general nature of each pallet or lot, but we cannot verify or test every item within.
4. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once payment has been made.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept that there is an inherent level of risk when buying liquidation or returns stock, and that item conditions are not guaranteed.
5. Order Collection and Delivery
Collection can be made by prior arrangement from our Belfast warehouse, open Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
If delivery is offered, we will take reasonable care to ensure pallets are securely packaged and collected by a reliable courier. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays or damages once the goods have left our premises.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full before goods are released or dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel any order or withhold goods until payment has been received and cleared in full.
